Note that each paraglider line segment has a specific line map number (AIII, b10, CR3, Sti3). Obtain your line map numbers from your glider's rigging diagram within its manual. Warning: These maps use roman numerals, and their letters are case sensitive. Be exact to obtain your desired lines!
Please choose an option for self-install:
a. For $30 each, the pilot must list the following data format onto our "ORDERS" page:

NEED FURTHER GUIDANCE
The individual line type and length can be obtained either from your wing's website or manual. If it is not found there, then, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly through their website. Just state the make, model and size of your glider and request all of its individual line data (line type-kg rating and length). They usually respond within 1-4 business days. Their line data may be in different file formats (pdf, Google sheets, Dropbox, Excel, etc.). Note that we do not want these files to review. It is up to you to cross reference them to save money and our time. Please just extract the correct line data from their charts and provide it in our requested format. Note that their line types have a typical format. Usually, the first set of numbers or letters is the line series (PPSL, DSL, 8000, 7343, etc.) and the second set of numbers is the kg rating (50, 70, 90, 200, etc.). Too confusing or not enough time on your hands, remember, you can just mail us the line, or we can do it all for you at $30 per line.
In a big hurry, and you cannot; find the line data or wait for the manufacturer to get back to you. Just measure both the line diameter and length for us:
For a line diameter estimate, just review the picture in this section. No need to remove the line from the glider, just wrap the line around a pencil 10 times. Squeeze the line rounds together tightly and measure their width. Then, divide that answer by 10 to obtain the line's rough diameter. Here's a clip of an example but use our picture chart instead of their website as a reference:

To measure the line length; there is no need to remove the line, unless it is a main line with multiple loops at the riser quick link. Measure lines from loop tip to loop tip with about 7 kg or 15.4 lbs. of steady tension. If your line is severed, measure its mate on the opposite side. Then, pass this info along to us. Here's a link of an example on how to measure a line:

NOTICE: Keep in mind, no shop can guarantee color matches. There are just too many colors available. However, we will try to match the line color as close as possible. If you rather have an exact color match, then, you may have to order directly from the manufacturer.
Also, if we do not have your specific line type in stock, we can always substitute it for a line that is equal to or better than your existing line. For example, we can always match the line material, diameter and obtain a kg rating that is equal to or better than your line. The only difference may be the brand name or line series.
Your wing, like a car, must have a service check (trim tuning + inspection) regularly to ensure airworthiness. It should be checked every 24 months, 100 hours of use (include double of your ground handling time) or 150 flights, whichever comes first. If the wing is flown frequently (more than 100 hours per year), flown in harsh conditions (dust, stones, sand, moist air, salt air, etc.), used for instruction or tandems, then the wing should be serviced every 6 months or at least annually.
However, wings having Dyneema main lines are an exception. The dimensions of these lines tend to move more during the early part of their life. It is therefore recommended to have a trim tuning within the first 20-50 hours of use.
Not to mention, anytime you replace 4 or more lines, you can be rest assured your glider will be in need for a trim tuning.
As a Nova Check Center, we provide the first trim tuning free for all Nova paragliders. This is based upon being the original owner of the glider and having purchased it brand new, in the USA, within the last 12 months (respective freight charges are paid for by the owner). We recommend conducting this first trim tuning after approximately 20 flying hours. If your Nova paraglider is over 12 months ago, though, we do offer 50% off of our posted prices for trim tunings and inspections.
